Hello! I’m Rebecca

Registered Massage Practitioner, Certified Manual Lymph Drainage Therapist

I received my massage therapy education from Cortiva Institute in Linthicum Heights, MD.

Massage Therapy is a second career for me. I have been in the medical field for more than 25 fulfilling years as a Certified Nursing Assistant, with 17 of those years in hospice care.

I have always had a calling to care for others. The love of helping others is what led me to Massage Therapy.  I have a soulful passion for holistic health; mind, body and spirit. And through gentle bodywork I strive to assist the body in reaching optimal balance and to just overall feel better – whether it be physically, emotionally, mentally, or spiritually.

I am fully integrating my medical background and massage therapy. I’ve recently completed training and certification in the Vodder method of Manual Lymph Drainage in addition to Chikly, LDT1. In the coming months, I am enrolled in training courses for Integrative Reflexology, Oncology Massage Therapy, and End of Life Massage.

Rebecca's attention to her clients the minute she says hello to them. Kindness and light radiate off of her. During my massages she checks in with me periodically making sure I am comfortable, that the pressure is good and that I am warm enough. She is hospitable and generous, and easy to talk to. I always leave my massages with her feeling relaxed and at ease mind, body and spirit.

My experiences with Rebecca have been wonderful! I feel both rejuvenated and relaxed after my massage! Rebecca is very professional and respectful of her clients needs. She makes sure her clients are comfortable and asks if there are any special areas you need her to concentrate on during the massage. She checks with her clients throughout the massage to make sure the pressure she is applying is what the client requested. Rebecca cares about her clients and wants their massage to be a wonderful and restoring experience.

Hot Stones is a must!! I had a 90 minute massage. Prior to the massage, Rebecca reviewed my goals and specialty area that I wanted addressed, I knew I was in good hands, literally!

Rebecca is skilled, professional and very friendly. She asked up front where I was having any pain and focused on those areas first before moving on to the rest of the massage. She was very focused on making me feel comfortable, which I greatly appreciated. She targeted the knots I knew about, addressed some additional tight muscles, and overall made such a difference. I'm looking forward to my next visit and highly recommend her.
