Kathleen Bowling, LMT, CMLDT is now Healing Journeys

We’re thrilled to unveil our shiny, new practice name and logo! Yes, I really said ‘we,’ and not in The Royal We sense.

My massage practice/small business has emerged from the Pandemic-induced chrysalis with new clarity, new vision. With that clarity comes new growth opportunities, and you can bet we will continue to grow both as individual professionals, and as a team.

And without further ado, I’m beyond pleased to introduce our new addition, massage therapist Rebecca Fitzgerald, RMP. Rebecca came to Massage Therapy by way of a 25-year fulfilling career as a Certified Nursing Assistant, with 17 of those years in hospice care. She has a big heart, and soulful passion for holistic health; mind, body and spirit. Her soothing hands can find those achy problem spots, and gently ease them away. She’s got big plans for her future professional growth, so we’ll be sure to keep you posted on her achievements.

Forming a team was the perfect opportunity to also launch a new business identity, one that fully encompasses not just the vision and mission I’ve always had as a solopreneur, but also some of my core beliefs. It was like a stroke of kismet to find others who feel the same.

Ram Dass wrote that “We’re all just walking each other home,” which has a deeper meaning of a journey to wholeness, and connectedness – a healing journey. You’ll find this description of our approach on our new website:

This journey is our collective Healing Journey. Our compassionate heart-centered focus honors where your body and mind come to us from, and holds space for what may be. Reclaim your calm, your balance, and your wholeness. We’ll be on the Healing Journey with you.

You can find our new website at www.relax-breathe-be.com. Online scheduling for both of us is available, and you can text or call (443) 892-3333.

We are still located within Maitri Holistic Arts, a multi-disciplinary office space home to some of Reisterstown’s best wellness professionals.
